Kim helped restore my body to a place I didn't think I could get to. She helped me understand my physical pain and why it was happening, and gave me all the skills and tools to continue doing the work myself long term. I learned so much from Kim during the time we worked together, she is truly one of the best healers in the state of Maine!

I have been seeing Kim for a few months and was suffering with constant neck pain where I was loosing range of motion. Kim's knowledge of the human body especially the muscular system and how they feel to her during the massage session, allows her to target the direct areas that need release and healing. Kim also helps with concentration of posture and exercise. She also works with you around visuals for relaxation. I am so grateful for all her help in my journey to feel better and get out of pain.
