I recently had my first Reiki massage session with Alma, and regardless of where you stand on holistic therapies, it is clear that she creates an environment where people feel genuinely safe. Had a massage and reiki session with Alma and I couldn’t recommend her enough! She’s so lovely and makes you feel comfortable so quickly. Of course she also does an amazing job, with so much tension released I felt like I was glowing when I left!

Went in for my very first reiki experience combined with a massage, because I've had severe back pain for months, and I spent the rest of the night extremely relaxed and calm, finally saying no to things that I've struggled to say no to and was able to give myself a break. I feel like a lot of stagnant energies within me were taken away, and the craziest part is my back pain has reduced like crazy only after this, whereas the physio I've been doing has been unhelpful in reducing my pain. A couple of months ago, I had a massage and reiki session with Alma. She was very warm and welcoming. I left feeling so much more grounded, lighter and with a sense of peace and calm. I plan on doing more sessions with Alma in the near future to help me on my healing journey.
