After I explained my injury and asked for help, Janet quickly scheduled an appointment to meet with me. She patiently listened as I described my pain and where I was feeling discomfort in my body. Janet carefully worked through multiple muscles, providing explanations for why each area was hurting and how they were interconnected. She also gave me exercises to continue at home. Overall, Janet is an excellent massage therapist, and I plan on returning to her regularly because she's simply too good.
