In just two sessions with her so far, I cannot begin to describe the better sleep, the clarity, and the extraordinary amount of pain relief that massage has provided. It felt catered to my body and specific needs which is hard to find in massage. It’s truly an act of self-care and Lisa is incredible, so kind and thoughtful. She has created a safe, comfortable environment for an amazing overall experience every session.
