Very straightforward experience. I uploaded and sent my documents via email and brought the physical copies with me to the office for my appointment. They scanned my documents in and reviewed them, I spoke with the doctor, and then I was on my way out the door with my approval letter to go get registered and get my card. EDIT: I've been a patient with them for going on three years, this is the second year the doctor has been very late for my appointment. Do not waste your time with this fake provider. They are not there to help patients but to collect money. They no longer have an actual doctor that works here. I was crushed by a crane at work 5 years ago and needed a medical cannabis license. They quickly wrote one up and sent me on my way. I called back a week later because what they had given me was not valid.
