Grace was a tremendous help to me during my recovery from eating disorders. Her wealth of knowledge meant that she was able to give me excellent advice about the nutrition I needed in order for my body to recover and function at its best. Even more than that, she was compassionate and worked with me at my pace psychologically so that I was able to make the changes I needed to make. I always felt supported and cared about by Grace.
