Was given the most horrible, dehumanising advice. Therapist was inexperienced, just gave handouts. Was partially biased as well. Waste of time - and ineffective. Divorced anyway two years after.

Rachel does a really great job of challenging things I may not have considered or am overlooking. She is a great listener and responds with thought-provoking questions that allow me to better understand myself.
