Very welcoming, positive, helpful, challenging, wide range and times of classes, facilities and equipment excellent also. PT with Ellie great and adding to my confidence and ability in classes. Feeling the benefits physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
For someone who usually has a lot of words, I struggle to put into words how fantastic this gym is. I have never been ‘into’ the gym, but Holistic offers such a comfortable place to train. The staff are really supportive and encouraging. The gym is friendly and welcoming and offers a range of classes to challenge yourself. It’s definitely more than a gym, but a community where everyone is friendly. I signed up for my mental health, to keep fit and prioritise myself and I am so glad I did. Thank you!
I joined for the Festive Fit and have completed 10 classes so far. It has been brilliant! Friendly, fun, lots of variety and hard work.
Today I have visited the gym first time What a great experience How nice and cosy that place feels, very welcoming and amazing staff ,Ellie Personal Trainer made me feel so comfortable and gave me an amazing work out and information I needed about how to get back on track with exercise, diet and more ,highly recommended Yoga room looks amazing and place to get sport massage too happy customer
Holistic Gym has the most welcoming non-judgmental instructors. They are encouraging and supportive in every session. I have become stronger and motivated since joining and would highly recommend any one to come along and join the community.
