Drove over an hour to my appointment today with Sharry thinking I was getting a myofascial release treatment done. Instead it was the worst and strangest 45 mins of my life. She did nothing but cupped my head in her hands the entire time no movement of any sort, I basically laid there like this for 45 mins until I thought enough with this nonsense and got up and left.
