My initial session was due to waking up with horrible pain in my lower back that made it difficult to carry out daily activities. Keith was able to completely take care of this issue and work on several spots of chronic pain from running and sports injuries. Keith was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the human body, and so good at diagnosing your issue and making a custom plan. I had very stiff muscles, and Keith gave the best deep tissue massage and combined techniques from various massage styles as needed to give me the most pain relief. Very kind and professional. Would highly recommend him!
Keith is amazing! I highly recommend him. I went in for a 90 minute myofascial massage and left like I got recalibrated 😂. I have been dealing with a psoas pain and overall tightness from stress / and working out. He educates you on the areas of where there is tightness and also shares educational videos. Looking forward to coming in next month.
