Keith is amazing! I highly recommend him. I went in for a 90 minute myofascial massage and left like I got recalibrated 😂. I have been dealing with a psoas pain and overall tightness from stress / and working out. He educates you on the areas of where there is tightness and also shares educational videos. Looking forward to coming in next month.

Went in with the worst back pain. Left healed. This isn’t ur oily fru fru massage, this is tru therapeutic work. It might be uncomfortable at times but this man knows what he’s doing and will fix you. I’ve had mannnnnny massages in my life (all over the world) and I put him in my top 3! He’s stellar.

Keith is an excellent massage therapist and incredibly knowledgeable about the body, the origins of pain, and how to effectively relieve it. I’ve struggled with severe infraspinatus pain for quite some time and have seen multiple therapists, but I’ve never experienced complete relief until now. My experience with Keith. I have had plenty of bodywork and I have to say keith’s work is unique. I have chronic neck pain and on the top of the list was headaches. I mentioned that during our session. His work is very deep and intuitive. His technique and conversation as he works helped with the discomfort as it relieved the pain.
