I have been highly impressed with HBPS. While I was a little concerned at the start as they do not allow parents to be with their child during evaluations, I quickly discovered the "why" behind this decision. Children usually filter what they say or how they act when parents are present. Not having the parent present during the evaluations allows for a more accurate picture into the needs of the child. I had a great experience here. I did my research before choosing a place. I called a lot of different offices and was instanly put off by either the lack of communication, not being able to get ahold of anyone, or no calls returned.
