Holistic Audiology in Ferntree Gully was fantastic. Viv is very thorough, compassionate and takes the time to explain things. Having hearing issues since I was a child, grommets and so on, Viv had performed extra audio tests I had never been exposed to in 36 years of recurring issues (I am 39 now). She is just an amazing specialist and person - she is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and patient.
