Beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Cynthya was particularly skilled in remedial massage with professionalism and knowledge. The massage was a complete experience. I have never seen so many clients at a spa retreat which shows they are providing an excellent service.
I was pleasantly impressed with my massage treatment with Woody. Firstly my welcome to the space was so nice I was taken through explained how to prepare very clearly, the beds were amazingly warm and cozy and clean. I had regular check ins about the pressure, but Woody just knew the areas that were troubling me without me having to say anything!! I had a wonderful facial experience with Julia. Couldn’t fault it! The massages in between treatments were so good I now want to book in for a massage!
Amazing experience
After booking a prepaid visit months ahead, we were informed that they had increased the prices for that day and we would have to front the extra cost. This was days before the treatment and after already booking accommodation at the hotel, also months in advance. After contacting the spa we had the unpleasant honour of speaking to the owner, who was rude and couldn't see the issue with this poor customer service.
