Holiness and Brothers is enough to make anyone a Christian…BAD SERVICE!!!
Demanded I paid out of pocket after they charged my insurance! They sent me a bill, I called my insurance about this and they confirmed and sent receipt that they covered 100% of costs. After calling Holiness and Brothers, they still demanded I pay!
Honestly have never heard of this company until their box truck flew past me on tomball tollway today. The total of 3 reviews i found hilarious and the “owner’s” responses were even more funny. They let anyone drive an ambulance and even more so they let anyone own an ambulance company. 1.3 stars is insane and truly astonishing to have achieved.
Today’s a peaceful day, no traffic, no reason to rush. As I get a green traffic light to turn left, I drive forward two seconds and this ambulance goes flying across me right to left, no emergency lights on. I called the number shown but they disconnected it. Behind the black truck in the photo is Jack n the Box—that’s where the two men in the van were in a hurry to go. I had my baby in the car and they missed hitting me by 8-10 feet at approximately 40 mph while they ran a red traffic light.
Not at all satisfied with this service. I depended on them for transportation to and from Dialysis 3 days a week. Used them for almost 2 months when the owner decided he can pick me up and take me to dialysis but then he couldn't pick me up to bring me home. So I had to transfer to do my dialysis in another town so he would then bring me home too.
