Our full-time living trailer had a mishap and needed a new roof and bedroom window. We pulled in late afternoon on a Thursday. Roof was on by Saturday. Replaced window was lost by UPS and then found by UPS which came on Tuesday. We picked up the trailer Wednesday morning and continued our travels. Thanks to our Service Advisor, David Thomas, who treated us like we where his only clients and had us back on the road in no time with excellent installation of the window and roof covering. We recently picked up our Airstream Caravel 22FB we ordered at the 2026 Houston RV Show. Our experience with this location has been great from the start. First, we worked with our sales agent, Rachel, at the show who was invaluable in helping us nail down what we wanted. Her support during the ordering process and follow up have been invaluable. The Holiday World team is one of the nicest sales teams we’ve worked with in any capacity. They seem to really enjoy what they do and the environment they work in. Stephen Rentz was a very knowledgeable and kind salesperson. He gave us tips and other insider advice that a couple of novices like ourselves would need. We never felt heavy pressure to close the deal. What you see is what you get! Highly recommend this dealership, and we look forward to working with Holiday World in the future.
