This place is so shady. They sold us a camper they said to they did an inspection on. Less than 2 weeks after bringing it home we were replacing floors that my foot went through. Replaced hoses under the sink that were leaking. Fixed caulking where you could see daylight through. Then our first trip, 3 of the 4 so called new tires they put on it went flat within an hour of each other. Where to begin... from the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with respect. James our salesman was absolutely amazing. He's answered every question and calmed our first time buyers nerves. The entire staff worked for us not themselves. Magnificent staff, everyone played a part in our purchase from sales to financing to the walk thru. First of all let me say most of my bad experience was dealing with finance. I met the salesman who showed me several units, did not have what I was looking for but was open to suggestions on other options. Found one I liked and looked at it and others several times. I will say it appears the staff does not spend time getting familiar with the units they currently have in stock to be prepared to answer questions. JACKIE IN PARTS IX SWEET AND KNOWS HERE STUFF ON RV TRAILERS SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND SOLD ME THE ONES THAT I NEEDED AND WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE PUSHT SALES PEOPLE SHE WAS MORE LIKE DEALING WITH FAMILY.
I have always had excellent service with whatever I need in the Parts Dept. at Holiday World Mesquite, with the friendly help of Kallee Howell.
Ben was our salesman great service and his knowledge towards the RV/Travel Trailers is 2nd to the guys attitude! We smiled and laughed through the whole process! That’s what purchasing should be all about for everyone! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful!
