I purchased a new Discovery R V and everything went off without a hitch. It actually arrived a couple of weeks earlier then I expected. I set down with Finance, Charles Ferguson, he gave me several options. We finalized the deal within a couple of hours. He outlined the options I had with extended warranties and did not pressure us on anything. I give him a 5 start rating on everything he did and discussed. Great Job Thanks .

Fish did a great job last year educating me on R V's. We had purchased a 5th wheel and were considering upgrading to a Class A. He did an even better job recently since we purchased a Discovery and we got it Friday!!!!! He showed me tricks on driving it. We went thru the entire unit and I am more than pleased with how he was involved every step of the way!!!!!!!!! Thanks Fish

Shelia made my purchase very delightful, she listened to what I was looking for and guided my to what I wanted! She walked me through each step and was very helpful in one! She has also made sure all was going well after the purchase! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an RV!

After a bad experience with a Blue Ox tow bar, I called Holiday World for help. Started with lady named Tracy. She was over the moon as far as helping me, she offered for me to talk with Kevin, as he used to work for Blue Ox. Kevin guided us right, but moreover acted like we were the only customers there. The two of these fine folks are the epitome of customer service. I feel really good about my experience. Never hesitate to stop and do business with a fine company.

In May of 2021 I purchased a Springdale 32Th toy hauler from Holiday World League city with expected delivery in July. My sales person was Norma Jean Beasley. We signed an agreement with a $3500.00 deposit with balance due by cashiers check on delivery. I received a phone call about two weeks later by a different salesperson (Wayne Parker) stating that they probably would not be able to make the delivery date while trying to sell me a used trailer that did not meet my requirements. If you ever need service you're screwed. Brand new motorhome in over a month with nothing to show for it, they do not communicate. I have only gotten the run around and told that awaiting Coachmen (for weeks same story). So I contacted Coachmen to see what the deal is. Over a month later, they said there is no order for any parts for my motorhome. It has been in the shop more than in my possession with no end in sight.

stay away......stay away....service dept is bad.....employees attitudes are bad......when you make an appointment to drop your rv off for service you expect it to be done in a timely manor.....especially when youve advised the service guy of your trip to colorado in three weeks.needless to say,after two weeks of nothing done and very little communication,i picked my trailer back up and took it home to perform my own service. there is no sense of urgency here nor do they care.even when i picked it up the fork lift guy dropped... read more

We recently purchased a 2021 Renegade Valencia 38RB from HWHRV-Alvarado. The staff was knowledgeable about the major sales features of the Class Super C vs the Class A which was setting next to it. The Renegade was much better constructed than our Class C that we were replacing, and this was evident from the walk-thru and the sales staff pointed this out. Not a Place you want to do business with! Your experience will start out very well. You will be impressed by their product knowledge and apparent professionalism. Then you will try to buy one and everything changes. They no longer answer questions that would appear simple to answer. They say they will get to you in a bit and then you wait a day. Finally, you get down to important questions, like is it a 30 amp or 50 amp service and they give you the wrong answer. So you ask for an equipment list and options on the unit. T... read more
