Four years ago they sold me a used camper (during covid). I purchased a 5 yr extended warranty along with other services. This is barely a 5 yr old camper. I recently noticed the rubber roof was pulling away from the sides. First I tried to make inquiries about my extended warranty. I called the number on my paperwork. My wife and bought our Newmar Supreme Aire almost two years ago at the Holiday World RV in Alvarado, TX. Even though we live in TX, we were able to get warranty assistance via text and emails with our sales lady Shannon and the Richard general manager. This week we were back in the area and had a few issues with our storage doors not aligning and closing properly. We purchased a new Keystone Montana, but the Service Department and Manager at Holiday World League City is terrible. They sell you many extras at the time of purchase and talk about the one year warranty - until you have a problem and then they say, "oh, well, our work only has a 90 day warranty". We will never purchase from Holiday World again - and it so happens that we are shopping for our first Class A RV!
Holiday World Willis TX the worst service department I have ever seen. They take all your money, do horrendous work then refuse to make it right. Warning! This place is so shady. They sold us a camper they said to they did an inspection on. Less than 2 weeks after bringing it home we were replacing floors that my foot went through. Replaced hoses under the sink that were leaking. Fixed caulking where you could see daylight through. Then our first trip, 3 of the 4 so called new tires they put on it went flat within an hour of each other. Where to begin... from the moment we walked in the door, we were treated with respect. James our salesman was absolutely amazing. He's answered every question and calmed our first time buyers nerves. The entire staff worked for us not themselves. Magnificent staff, everyone played a part in our purchase from sales to financing to the walk thru. Run, don’t walk!!! We bought a used motorhome. It looked beautiful, on the outside. It’s been trouble since. Ten miles from the place lights flashed, soot coming out tail pipe. Called them, you Have to take it to Houston!!! it wasn’t a I’m sorry bring it back and we will look into it. We were told to take it to Houston to get fixed. please don’t stop there if you were figuring on buying a used motorhome.
