This place is the worse…the reason the ratings are so high is because they ask you to leave them a rating once you apply they give you money off. They will bombard your phone with several text messages throughout the week about everything nit picking about kids playing,parking ,the grass,your garbage can literally anything. The process was very smooth and easy! Melissa is great to work with and answered all questions we had. Edit: The leasing/move in process was FAST. They were prompt on a parking issue which we really appreciate!! I'm not sure what the managers name is but she explained things to us very thoroughly in person when we brought up issues too and it helped us understand more. Maintenance men were really nice and super quick. Thank you for all your help

The staff has been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Every encounter I’ve had is relatively quick, pleasant, and overall good service. Melissa is consistent in keeping you informed and answering questions. So far I’m happy and would actually recommend.
