THis place sucks was ok before SUN Communities Bought it, they treat the residents like dog crap break their aggreements, raise the rent every july for no reason even tho they say its to maintain the park, wich looks like crap except the front only. they do nothing for us but drain our pockets
this park was at one time a great place to live,They are slowly taking away the peacfull exictance that was the focal point of the park.. trees are almost gone,dumpsters adorne the park,also a great storage compound you must see. And yes every year lot rent keeps going up for the lucky ones who get to live in this as they call it (priemer park) you must drive through to see for yourself.
dont move here dont buy here, office staff is like a rotating door, they are not helpful , concerned, or care. they tow your vehicles out of your drive and then blame it on you and say you should have called to tell us you renewed you plate, they tell you they didnt do it even though they hired pro tow to tow for them , their protow doesnt even check your plate to see if you renewed it, and charge you totally high rates to buy, they are so going down hill since yrs ago there has been 4 different managers and office people an... read more

My mother in law is 87 and we moved her into a great manufactured home in Heritage 6 months ago. The neighbors, staff and many of the other residents have been kind, generous and very thoughtful. She has joined Red Hat Ladies, goes to monthly dinners and breakfasts and engages in conversations from her porch. It is a beautifully landscaped park with elevation, space, a year round 82 degree pool and barbeque area. We go by every day and have met many of the residents at the secure mailboxes. Visited this park today. I was very impressed with the park, the amenities and the staff. Hope to move here when we sell our house.
I live in presidential estates in hudsonville MI and this place is a joke! They are horrible in the office, the manager doesnt have a clue what hes doing. They NEVER fix anything. They dont return your calls and NEVER answer the phone in the office! They are super rude and just all around ridiculous! the community is crap and the ppl in it are dill holes! If i could i would be out of here! Dont move in here if you can prevent it!
