Great place to live! My friend recently moved in and she absolutely loves her home and the neighbors are all very nice. The staff is all very nice and Jessica went out of her way to make sure she found the right home. We looked at several places that day but we loved it here. Our lease is up soon and we may be moving in as well... I know the kids are all looking forward to Summer and using the pool!
They do suck, snow removal, and they really like to put violations on the door repeatedly.the office staff is the worst I ve seen in years! Sun Communities needs to come and audit this place as I am sure the managers new Mustang was paid for by the tenant here.seems if your an owner they do everything they can to make this the worst map in Indiana!

This place sucks i would not recommend anyone to live here they do nothing they say there going to do they say the person thats to fix things around here is bizzy n he will get to it yet every time im in the office that same guys in there not doing anything iv called more than a few times about things n they r yet to do any of it! Managed very poorly..they are money hungry and quick to give out violations for EVERYTHING and take you to court even if your less than a month late in rent
