Recently visited for first time. The unit we stayed in was nicely appointed and had plenty of space and kitchen items. The mattresses needed to be upgraded in both bedrooms. The unit had a twin murphy bed, no blankets in the unit and it got chilly during the night. The bigger issue is all the codes you had to remember…elevator, stairs, gates all had different codes. I believe one code for all would be sufficient. Covered parking was nice, but very tight. Great area for dining spots!
Unit is clean and well stocked. Balcony is nice and spacious. Parking is very tight, only one spot per unit. Pool has been extremely cloudy the whole time. There are codes for everything. (Elevator, pool, beach) Laundry is central and takes quarters. Some not so successful bathroom upgrades in our particular unit. Bedrooms face central walkway bright lights on all night, needs blackout drapes. Building is next to public beach access and parking so beach stays crowded here. Place is a dump.
Stayed here in 1977, was a nice place. Tiki gardens across the street was fun with the sound of peacocks reverberating across the boulevard in the morning.
Great location in Indian Rocks! Near alot of great restaurants and bars. The beach is also fantastic!
