Reading reviews. Safety in numbers applicable here. I would ban together with letter of complaint listing all grievances. Then get as many resident to sign as you can. Also try calling city of enterprise about safety issues I.e. floors walls falling in, being able to see sunlight through ceiling floors and walls. Fight back.
If I could give it no stars I would. This place is a dump since new management nothing gets done. Only certain people get maintenance while my porch and the inside of this trailer is failing apart. I have four work orders in and not one been services. They have the nerve to be cleaning the pool while the insides of these trailers need repair. Since Marie left this place turned into ghetto...New management SUCKS ... DO NOT MOVE HERE ITs A DUMP.
Drugs and ghetto all in one. Pool stays dirty. Laundry mat has more than half of machines out of order.
