This place is a toilet, it's a rip off. They try to make you pay for services that they do not render. For example, cable I pay $50 a month for my cable. They want me to pay them $30 for cable that I don't have with them. I wish I had never moved here. I've been here 6 months, and they tried to increase my lot. Rent 35% in 6 months. If you can find anywhere else in Florida to live, you owe yourself to do it.
