Wonderful. Couldn’t have been better. Beautiful beach. House was amazingly equipped. Best rental ever. Communication was terrific with office.
Wonderful vacation spot right on lake Michigan, beautiful sand beach! Multiple deck areas with awesome views. Clean and comfortable. Property manager is very responsive and easy to contact. We will be back 😎👍!
This management company was highly responsive and professional, but we booked our unit through VRBO, which already charges a service fee, so on top of VRBO fees and cleaning fees, this company charged $200 per day, an additional $600, for a 3 night stay at a $300 per night condo! That management fee is outrageous...practically the same amount as renting the condo itself! WATCH OUT for that!!
Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend Stay Our stay at this property has reset the bar upon which all future rentals will be gauged. The home is quite spacious. Larger than we had anticipated. We found it to be very clean and served our needs perfectly. Good Hart is a beautiful location and the Lake Michigan Views and Sunsets are priceless. Great, historic beach house ! Perfect for relaxing with a favorite book, beach walks and close to town for exploring. Highly recommend for those who enjoy hearing the waves as you sit on the beach or on the porch. A walk back in time. How inviting !
