The most dirty, filthy, and full of bed bugs housing I have ever been to these people took two months of rent in advance and gave us a dirty apartment with bed bugs in it. And they take forever to attend your call for anything. Would never recommend this housing to anyone. Please beware
I left a poor review exposing the failures of management and the dilapidated state of the unit and they simply hid my review from public eye to bring their rating back up to a 5. That must be why there are so few reviews over the years.
We lived here for 2 years and we absolutely loved this place! Close to everything, walking distance to Frandor shopping but in a quiet cul-de-sac; private deck with privacy fence, our own basement with washer and dryer, even a small area to grow vegetables! Staff and maintenance crew are great too!
Great place so far! I appreciate that the staff actually respect our privacy and ask before coming in to do maintenance. The location is great and convenient. Neighbors are friendly.
