Incredibly awful management. I booked this property through Vrbo and then received an onslaught of emails from Big Fish Rentals demanding I text them pictures of my credit card, pictures of me holding my credit card, pictures of me holding my ID, pictures of my signature on a blank piece of paper, etc etc. They had already sent me an identity verification link through Guesty, which I completed promptly, so they already had verified images of my ID and a selfie. Rented this place through Airbnb. Nice quiet atmosphere. Security on site. (Please place the parking tag in your car immediately when you check in because your vehicle may get towed. The tenants who lives there were older and pleasant. During our stay, everything was in walking distance local stores, restaurants, the beach, Amusement Park, smoke shops, and beach stores for shopping. Rented an Airbnb with some family and the condition of the overall place was terrible. We didn't receive a parking pass and the owner stated that the previous renters took the parking pass with them. She didn't care about our vehicle. The ordasity to tell us we could park at another parking lot, when the pass was suppose to be in the condo. She even has the nerve to tell us to bring in the plastic chairs and tiny table if it rained. The bathrooms weren't that clean and the few dishes were okay.
