Rented an Airbnb with some family and the condition of the overall place was terrible. We didn't receive a parking pass and the owner stated that the previous renters took the parking pass with them. She didn't care about our vehicle. The ordasity to tell us we could park at another parking lot, when the pass was suppose to be in the condo. She even has the nerve to tell us to bring in the plastic chairs and tiny table if it rained. The bathrooms weren't that clean and the few dishes were okay. The car police and security were awful- we were unpacking our car and were told to show the parking pass immediately.. We just pulled in and didn’t have a chance to get it- the security gave my family a hard time at the pool- no floaties allowed EVER! Sort of bullies- the grounds were spotless and the bbq area immaculate- we could hear mentally ill people each night screaming.. we saw homeless going through trash cans and swearing at us if we walked by- DON’T stay here- lots of other places much better!!!
It's a cool place to stay but PARKING SUCKS !!!!!
Host was ok the the property management group is atrocious. They creep around all day waiting to.complain to people about something they did.wrong.. Make up their own rules as they go along stuff's not even on the rules sheet or posted anywhere not to mention one of the workers and I guess the lady that works there cornering my kids after seeing them for 4 days asking what they're doing and why they're there and are they staying there and they allowed on the property this place is ran like a prison avoid this place if I can ... read more
Omni management was overbearing, they are rude about enforcing rules that are over the top ridiculous. Staff live there, and basically seemed to just not want anyone to enjoy themselves. PS. No smiling or having fun on vacation.
