Five Stars to Holiday Tire! Traveling from Ohio to Kingsport TN, I was enjoying the incredible scenery in Cumberland Gap. My front tire blew. I was advised by two nice road workers to drive slowly up the hill towards Holiday Tire. Jason met me at the counter and immediately put me at ease. I just knew he was going to solve my problem. Within two hours I had a brand new set of tires and installed. Ready to get back on the road. Excellent customer service. One of the best experiences traveling the US. THANKS, Jason!
While traveling, I had some unexpected problems with my brakes. Tried to get into the local Ford dealer with no luck. They did refer me to another location who also couldn't get me in until the following week so I was referred to Holiday Tire. Jason and his entire team was fantastic.
