DO NOT GO INTO THE CAR WASH.!! IT WILL TEAR OFF YOUR TRIM AND SCRATCH YOUR CAR. THE MANAGERS WILL TELL YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM TO THE HR DEPARTMENT, BUT THEN THEY’LL LIE TO THE HR AND THE INSPECTORS, SAYING THAT THEY DIDN’T TELL YOU TO MAKE A CLAIM. THEY’LL MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY ARE UNAWARE THAT IT EVEN HAPPENED.
This car wash only rated one star with me because it's a half mile from home. And that's the only reason. I took my almost clean car in for an unlimited Car Wash and came out of the car wash with soap still all over the car. It's like they rinsed the car with soapy suds water. And to make matters worse, as you exit the first car wash, all of the wet equipment drips all over your car that was just dried and you have to manually wipe off the car to dry it. They take the Luther Used Car $6 car wash card and it's a perfectly adequate wash.
Great car wash. I do the monthly, but you can also pay per visit.
The monthly car wash program is absolutely price competitive and a good value. Never had a problem using the Holiday Car Wash app.
