I want to start by giving a shoutout to Hanoc—he’s a customer favorite and truly a kind person who always makes us customers feel valued. That’s why it’s been so disheartening to witness him being belittled and treated horribly by a coworker (the woman with a short, blonde, and curly hair). Regardless of any mistakes he may have been making, he deserves to be treated with the same dignity and respect that he gives to us customers, especially in his workplace. Terrible customer service. They don't even answer their published phone number at 2:30 in the afternoon. I'll go out of my way to avoid this place like they go out of the way to ignore my phone calls.
On Christmas Day I went to this Holiday about 12:45 pm to get cigarettes for my guest’s husband. My guest was in my car when she remembered that her ID was expired. She is 60, her husband is 59 (and was home waiting) I am 59. The cashier asked for my ID, which I presented. Smiling at myself as a 59 year old woman being carded, I said “yes I understand, I’m getting these for my friend because her ID is expired”. Was buying cigarettes and forgot my id in car as soon as I went to my car to grab my id the cashier decided he no longer wanted to sell cigarettes to me??? I never in my life was told someone didn’t feel comfortable? I had my ID I felt cashier didn’t want to sell to me due to no reason at all. He was a mixed male who worked 9/30 at 11:30am please train your employees to not pick and choose they want to provide service. But the Caucasian man behind me got his cigarettes with no embarrassment or hesitation. Do better smh
