I was just in this holiday, and was accused of stealing a lighter by one of the employees. I have never stolen a thing in my life, and when I told her she must be mistaken, she was rude and argumentative. I want to start by giving a shoutout to Hanoc—he’s a customer favorite and truly a kind person who always makes us customers feel valued. That’s why it’s been so disheartening to witness him being belittled and treated horribly by a coworker (the woman with a short, blonde, and curly hair). Terrible customer service. They don't even answer their published phone number at 2:30 in the afternoon. I'll go out of my way to avoid this place like they go out of the way to ignore my phone calls.
