Arrived at 11:54pm on a Friday (open till 12) and the door was locked, lights were on and I could see the cashier. Closing a store early / inconsistent hours is one of the worst things a business can do, it now becomes unreliable in the customers mind and instead of heading to that store and risking it being closed early people will just go to another one they know will be open.
