Bad Behavior from the staff . I asked the staff Velo peppermint blue one 9mg and they gave me 6 mg green one I told them that is wrong one you should change it he said you aren’t welcome in the store 🤣🤣🤣 why I don’t know !!! 🤷 Anyway, I will never buy anything from Circle K Kwik trip the best
As Arab visitors, our experience at this store was very disappointing and disrespectful. One of the employees directly told us not to come back to this location again. We are paying customers, and it is unacceptable to be treated this way. I have also heard similar complaints from several other Arab visitors about poor treatment at this location. I will not be returning to this store, and I hope management reviews this behavior and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and without discrimination.
I am filing a complaint regarding racist behavior by two women—one Black and one an older white woman—who harass Arabs. Examples of their conduct include forbidding the use of Arabic, warning us never to return, and engaging in shouting and hostile confrontations. On another occasion, when I tried to pay using my mobile phone, one of them shouted at me, asking how many times she had to tell us not to pay that way—even though I was unaware of this rule.
