Absolutely inexcusable that pump 1’s tap to pay still doesn’t work. Then it takes forever to insert your card to boot.
Had coupons that I received in the mail for cents off gas and buy one get one free coke/Pepsi 12 pks. The woman at the register told me that I had to prepay for the gas which was fine, but she couldn't do the math to tell me how much 20 gallons would be. I had to do it for her. Then I purchased 2 diet coke 12 packs using the buy one get one free coupon and they rang up at a price I could find no where in the store. NOT the advertised price on the display. My husband came to visit me on my work break, and was bringing me to get a pop. When he attempted to go inside, the doors were locked due to their POS system being down (they had a sign posted) and one of the employees was screaming at him and being rude stating that “he’s not able to read”. All because he didn’t notice the sign. Do better.
Why have tap to pay on the pumps if they don’t work?
Brianne helped me at the register tonight and she was very friendly, very welcoming smile, very helpful tone of voice, and didn’t make me go grab the windshield washer fluid to ring it up! Thank you for the great customer service!
