This is the cleanest, friendliest holiday I have been to. And I travel for work to all gas stations. I can see the change. This is my favorite holiday!
Rude customer service. It was a freezing day, and the scanner didn't scan my tag for car wash and it was not working by it's number neither. Behind me was a car so I couldn't back up. I called them and a man came and in a rude tone, he yelled at me "next call them. Next time i am not giving you the code; you won't get helped". What? Absolutely inexcusable that pump 1’s tap to pay still doesn’t work. Then it takes forever to insert your card to boot.
