Bought gas and a Works car wash on June 1. Car wash was closed, so I saved the receipt. Tried to use it on July 4—code wouldn’t work. No expiration listed, but the machine said “not authorized.” Went inside, and the two clerks had no clue if it expired. Didn’t offer a replacement, didn’t care, just shrugged. When I asked, “So you’re not going to give me a new code?”—they flat-out said “no.” Lazy service, no accountability. This used to be my go-to station. Never again.
This place sucks balls with new management. Store has been run to the ground and I've lived here for 7 years. Go to the one across the highway. Car wash is always down and they are never helpful. Horrible service
I go to this location to attempt to use the car wash but 50% of the time the car wash won't work or will not accept my codes or will not recognize my application and usually have to go elsewhere
