Called to see if maybe i left my debit card or some how dropped it inside store from my visit last evening. When I called the store this evening, some lady answered my call and before I could explain to her the reason for my call, she hung up on me. So I called right back and she did it again! The third time I called she threatened to call the police me! Still not able to explain the reason for my call. Completely unprofessional and down right, RUDE!! I spend quite a bit of money at that store, weekly. Not and more!

Terribly upset. I have a carwash subscri24pmption through holiday. I went to this location, the long driveway entrance had an open sign, so I proceeded to go through. I scanned my app, they accepted it, the light on the was turned green and told me to drive. The door never opened for me. I tried calling the store, dial tone every time. I honked because I couldn't back up.. no one came out. I had to drive over the curb to get out as someone was behind me.

I went there for Christmas gift cards. I wanted quite a lot and Donny was extremely helpful. He worked the register brilliantly so all my cards would go through. He was kind and told me what was happening during the whole interaction!
