Terribly upset. I have a carwash subscri24pmption through holiday. I went to this location, the long driveway entrance had an open sign, so I proceeded to go through. I scanned my app, they accepted it, the light on the was turned green and told me to drive. The door never opened for me. I tried calling the store, dial tone every time. I honked because I couldn't back up.. no one came out. I had to drive over the curb to get out as someone was behind me.
I went there for Christmas gift cards. I wanted quite a lot and Donny was extremely helpful. He worked the register brilliantly so all my cards would go through. He was kind and told me what was happening during the whole interaction!
I’ve had so many terrible interactions with other customers at their fuel tanks. Today, a woman looked directly at me while she slowly ran her car into mine at the fuel tanks and then didn’t even get gas. She just wanted a parking spot and decided that the spot that I was already in was where she was going to park.
Store hours are inaccurate online. Store opens at 6 not 5 a.m. Hours posted on the door as 6, online at 5.
