Nothing really good there made up
Imran was super nice, he’s always happy to see me when I come get car washes in . He notifies me to put it in neutral and shut my windows up before entering the car wash. He helped me find the takis and some guy was in the bathroom for like 30 minutes and I went in after and he had used all the toilet paper and it smelled so bad so some other nice employee raja went into the biohazard to deal with it for me
Based on other reviews, my experience makes sense now. Monsters were advertised buy 2 and get 1 free. Both the regular and coffee varieties had signs indicating this. I happened to have two regulars and one coffee and the guy at the register refused to honor the advertised deal. He said "I don't put it into the computer." I've been in management long enough to understand that all POS systems have override functionality for these situations so that you can honor your advertising.
