Came in here to load money on my card and the guy gave me all attitude . Talking crazy telling me what his job his and but didn’t even know how to add money to my card even though I just came here And did it. It’s fine that he didn’t know how to do it but it’s about how he went about it. He was cussing and steady talking after other guest was at his register and as I’m typing this he still talking crazy behind the register while it’s other guest trying to check out. This store is always busy, staff knows most all the customers by name. They are a smaller store but always well stocked, and clean. The day people, Jessica, (the manager), Jozlyn, Scott, Kyle are all so friendly. Katelyn, Zane, are so nice. Stop by and say "hi", grab a drink and hot sandwich. I worked at this location for almost 3 years and loved my coworkers and customers. It always felt like family both coworkers and customers.
We park along side of curb and wait for fellow employee to get his morning coffee. I don't drink coffee but it sure smells good! Then we can go find work!
They have what you need.. the employee’s feel that it’s more important to only socialize with fellow employee’s and completely ignore the customer service. Need something behind the counter? They will legit ignore you at the counter as gossip seems to be the story here. Half the time you need something, then don’t even hear you because they are very loud with their chatting. Be prepared to be ignored after a 6 person line. I will go out of my way to not return here. Holiday, please address this.
The bathroom was absolutely Horrible the toilet seat made me almost piss before I was sitting down and it was by far way to cold.
