I walked to this place last night to buy a pack of cigarettes for a friend who can’t walk that far, I got there at 11:01 and was told “if I sell you a pack of cigarettes I’ll have to let a bunch of other people in “, no, duh.. you just lock the door, sell a pack of cigarettes and unlock the door and let that person out.. worked customer service for years, it’s not difficult and please, one minute after??
