Terry (Assistant Manager) and Dustin (Cashier) have poor customer service. Imagine an assistant manager telling you to leave because their cashier doesn't know the store's policy. Dustin failed to scan my valid ID (made 4 attempts), and tried to take possession of my ID. The Assistant Manager (Terry) and District Manager for this store have confirmed the cashier does not need to possess the ID to scan or enter the information.
