Needed a car wash today and bought one at the pump. The wash is closed and the clerk could not refund saying," well, you can use it within the next month". So I had to drive to Kwik Trip and pay for another wash.
Just tried to buy fuel, put $100 on the pump and the pump shut me off at 20 gallons. Gas station said oh we refunded your card and you will see it in a few days. So happy I could provide them with a free loan. Pump did not seem to indicate the correct amount of fuel either. Way less than 20 gallons.
Sign says open till 11. It's 710pm lady inside moping floor doors locked. With anger yells at door were closed. What at 7 on a sat with over a dozen people wanting in. Unexceptable. Will not get gas here ever again or shop
Morning employees are always positive and professional. It's the reason I have been frequenting the one more. The sip and save pulled me away from Kwik trips. Not going to lie. 😁
Got food poisoning from their food. Don’t recommend
