I usually like stopping at Holiday, but the security policy here feels a little over the top. They ask customers to take off backpacks, which I understand for safety reasons—especially in South Minneapolis—but it can come across as uncomfortable when you’re just a regular customer. Got told bathroom was closed at 9pm, they close at 10. Only holiday with a locked coded bathroom. So inconvenient and inconsiderate.

Not even one star if you are trying wash your hands before grabbing food they will not allow you to , staff does not cares abou hot dog machine not working either worse gas station ever .
Very bad customer service with bad attitude security and cashiers I was there next person inline and she was chatting some one else when I ask her can I pay for what I had she said it’s not her problem that I’m in rush like I was rushing and she finally said she won’t let me buy what I was there for and security guy steps in and told me to step out of store I was resident for 15yrs one block away I use to see them attitude but never experienced any thing like this
