GET THE PRINTERS ON YOUR PUMPS FIXED. What the hell am I paying outside for and getting a car wash if I have to come inside LITERALLY EVERY TIME to get the damn receipt? This is at least the 20th time. It is the most basic tenant of customer service to keep the printer tape full. So sick of it! I hoped and prayed today but alas I still had to go inside and stand behind someone for 10 minutes while they got their 14,000 lottery tickets just to get a receipt that I should’ve been able to get outside. Fix it!
Always stocked, and positive atmosphere, but could do better with keeping up on cleanliness with trash pick up in parking lot.
