Look, I can’t think of anything that’s gonna have me give any gas station five stars but a four star review is pretty glowing here in my opinion. this is a great neighborhood gas station. the store inside is what makes it great honestly, it’s not anything different from a normal holiday, but the employees make you feel special!
the cashier cassie was extremely rude i walked up said “how’s your day been” not a word back so im thinking okay whatever people have bad days then i try and buy a scratch off (im 19) they asked for my id and look at me and say you have to be 21 i then ask where they heard that from and they shrugged and said my manager then offered to ask there manager and just doesn’t well i thought you heard that from your manager??? so why would you need to ask them?? if you can’t handle customer service don’t work in it
The staff that works the late shift are very unprofessional at this location. It is ridiculous that they do not keep the store open for their four hours as they should. They’re always closing the store 10 to 15 minutes early. If online in the sign that’s on your door states that you are open until 11 PM. You are expected to be open until 11 PM.
