Bad/old Premium Gas. Pump was running extremely slow due mostly likely a clogged filter, thankfully only put 3 gallons in my vehicle. shortly after my vehicle started running very poorly. running fine now that i got gas for from another station. would not recommend getting premium here if you have a high performance vehicle
The cashiers have no social awareness. Poor customer service.
I went to grab creamer and sugar packets and the manager told me I have to buy another coffee to get it. You sassed me and I walked out because I didn’t to argue his authority. The manager found where I worked and called in and trying to get me fired. I don’t recommend coming into this place Friday mornings. It’s the bigger set manager that’s unprofessional and don’t know how to deal with customer escalations. Instead he argued and rolled his neck as if I had a person problem with him. Sign says Pre-Pay or Use Credit Card. Cashier then pages overhead to Pre-Pay inside at 3:00pm in the afternoon. Took my business to Hy-Vee that allows QUICK service by Credit Card. What is the point of the sign? Print new signs that note to Pay Inside Only. This is not Oakland, CA.
