Good room. Grounds and room were clean. Staff was very helpful
The receptionists were rude and impolite. I said hello when I arrived at the front desk, and they just stared at me. They should hire more cheerful and polite people. The room was very clean and well-equipped. But the television never worked.
Booked without reading reviews and once I saw them I was scared 😂 but I had an amazing time! The staff was awesome and took excellent care of us while we were there. You've got access to the pools and splash pad across the street at their condos as well as long as you're wearing your wristband! Elevator is a little scary but it works just fine! 😂 As for the restaurant, J Mikes, we didn't have the pleasure of trying them because they were experiencing "Technical Difficulties" 😕 disappointing. Made reservations at Holiday sands South make sure you save the condo one and not the regular one that hotel was not even livable it had a bad smell someone smoked a blunt a blunt and left it on the headboard of the bed
Ive been staying at this hotel for about 20 years. The hotel is older but they take care of it. The rooms are always clean and staff is friendly. Its always a great price and its on the south end of Ocean blvd where there isn't as much traffic or noise. The view is amazing both day and night. As of now I have no plans to stay at any other hotel on my trips to Myrtle Beach. You also het to use the pools not oly at this hotel but the pools and lazy river at the condos next door.
