I booked a custom facial, which was available almost 2 weeks from booking. It was relaxing and my face was supple and glowing afterwards. They use seaweed infused high end products which might explain the higher price point. The only negative I would say is steam wasn’t used prior to extractions so it was painful for that part. Other than that it was a good experience.

I'm a Nashville local - received a gift card and redeemed for an eyebrow wax and 60-min custom facial. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. Just had the best massage of my life with Mercedes. She really concentrated on my target areas and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.
