Communication from our first contact was excellent. Theo our sales rep gave us all the information we needed to make the best decision about our purchase. He answered all our questions very quickly and honestly. I purchased a trailer from 4 Seasons a few weeks ago. Ken was awesome to deal with and a real people person who was a pleasure to meet and work with. Sonya was also amazing and so helpful with the financing side of things, and really made it convenient and hassle free. Braiden (sorry if thats not how you spell your name), also did a kick ass job giving a full tour of everything at the time of pickup. Fully recommended your sales & services thank you!
The salesman Ken was extremely helpful and very courteous. Brayden was very thorough and knowledgeable in regards to showing us how everything works on the trailer. Rain was also super friendly and showed us how to hook up the trailer. Sonya was very pleasant to deal with in the finance department.
We had an RV emergency during a road trip through town - our entire roof blew off our camper - and the team here were able to see us immediately. Not only that, they were so kind in dealing with us and incredibly helpful when we simply did not know what to do next. I can’t thank them enough for showing compassion on such a stressful day and bending over backward to fit us in and help us out. Genuinely wonderful humans
