We were in a pinch and needing our trailer's brakes to be looked at while traveling through Medicine Hat and onto BC. Marcie was very kind and made sure we were well looked after!
My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a travel trailer from Four Seasons RV in Medicine Hat, AB. Although the purchase did not go through, we would like to extend our sincere compliments to Sonya, the finance manager. She was not only efficient, pleasant and professional, but also went the extra mile to try and secure financing for us. The dealership is very fortunate to have her on their team.
Excellent customer service! Juan assisted us without hesitation for an issue with our ball on the hitch! Everyone has been so helpful and we feel they were more than fair on our trade in camper and negotiated fairly for a new Imagine camper. The camper we purchased is absolutely fabulous! After visiting other places....they are by far the best choice!
WOW!! Wow is the best word to describe Four Seasons RV Medicine Hat. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We greatly appreciated the knowledge and tips! Two years ago we were excited to go shopping for a new travel trailer. Found ourselves shopping at Four Seasons (Redcliff). I was just as proud because being from Medicine Hat made it feel just as special because I recently moved away. Sales Team seemed great. The Salesman found exactly what we wanted and had fallen in love with the trailer we had picked. But sadly that is where it stops.
