Terrible customer service, have known people that work there and says it’s a terrible work environment. Change staff frequently due to poor ownership. Will never be going back. I wouldn’t go back to get a propane refill.

Great service and great Cust service.
Consumer beware! These people are crooks! They had my rig for a few days and did nothing! At the last minute they’re guy brushed two wires and the maintenance manager swore up and down the electrical problem was fixed! Upon connection to sure problem and $313 later I had the same problem as before. Irma the secretary was useless over the phone when I called them back. There are many mobile RV repairman in the local area that are honest and trustworthy. Avoid these thieves!
I had great service from Holiday RV. We had just pulled in the state campsite at Key Largo and the door latch on our RV broke. We couldn't get in or out. It was after 4:00 PM, but we contacted Holiday RV. They told us to come right over and they would fix it which they did. They had to work over, but the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend their service to anyone.
extremely unhappy with holiday rv , I purchased a new 30ft camper 2018 brought a battery back was told it was good pick it up then told it was bad instead of replacing the battery the told me I can sell you 1 at cost. camper was purchased end of March, battery has 18mo. warranty Lou lied and said 16mo. ????
These guys are fantastic! They should be the gold standard of RV dealerships. Did not buy my rig from them but they had no problem doing warranty work, above and beyond! Definitely 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
