I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Rockwood trailer from Holiday RV. Victoria, my salesperson, made the process so easy from start to finish. She gave me a great price, threw in some extras, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Living in the mountains can be difficult to get rv work done . Fortunately for us Holiday RV was available and approved to complete warranty work by our camper manufacturer. I was able to coordinate my warranty work through Yvonne at Holiday RV. Holiday RV and Yvonne stayed in contact and updated us throughout the whole process to completion. I Told Yvone the batteries were not holding a charge, even after being fully charged by the solar panel and sent her a screen shot from Victron showing a large decrease in battery voltage after using the toaster. at the top of the bill in bold print it says "electrical issues, load test batteries. ". Tanner should have known to run a battery load test in this case, but didn't and said all is well. when a battery load test was run, he found the batteries were dead. We bought our trailer here in December of 2020. Recently, we were passing through the area and had an issue with our trailer hitch. We stopped in without an appointment and hoped that there was a chance that the service department could help us. Yvette said they would be happy to do so. They had an extra technician on staff on that day which I believe was a saturday. She said they did that just for situations like ours.
