We took our Lance trailer to Holiday this spring to have the PVC roof replaced and for axle bearing maintenance. Holiday helped us with an insurance claim and did an excellent job on all work. The roof looks beautiful, and in fact,, it looks better than the original Lance roof. I would definitely recommend them for trailer maintenance.
Beware of the price quote and the actual price. The sale price listed is if you finance if you want to pay in full the price is more. This is because of the kickback they get from the finance company. The finance person is sell,sell,sell . The sales person was very nice but know one knew much about the product they didn't even know how to use the induction cooktop and knew nothing about the all electronic system the Cirrus 920 truck camper is equipped with. Brought my travel trailer in for some repairs. Everything was explained in detail and work was completed in the same day.
We have bought two travel trailers from Holiday RV in Ponca Springs and frankly I would not buy from any other dealer in the state of Colorado. Dean is such a pleasure to work with, he made the sales easy and enjoyable.Cody made financing a breeze. Everyone is committed to customer service. I would give them a 500 rating if that were possible. If you are fed up with dealing with big corporate RV dealerships that promise you the moon and won’t deliver give Holiday RV in Ponca Springs a good look.
We pulled into Holiday RV in Poncha Springs about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to close. We were greeted warmly by Aaron who asked how he could help us. I said I’m not sure you can but I appreciate the offer. And went onto say “our door is stuck closed and we can’t get in our (one week old) camper”. Aaron said he’d be happy to take a look and soon recruited 2 of his colleagues to check out our isssue They managed to get the door open -without damaging it - in about 20 minutes.
