We bought a new 2026 Outdoors RV 23BCS from Holiday RV in Poncha Springs, and within a week the furnace failed. After supposedly replacing thermostats multiple times and then a “faulty” furnace part, the dealership claimed the issue was fixed. It wasn’t—on our next trip, the furnace failed exactly the same way. When I requested the original Work Orders, the staff became hostile. I don't recommend this company based on my purchase and the subsequent service of a new NuCamp Cirrus 820, in particular with the 2025 change of management. Rather than going through all the issues, I'd like to offer some suggestions if you choose to purchase from or get service with this organization: - 90-day Buyback Clause: Consider negotiating a written buyback clause if the dealership is unable to give you a fully working RV within 90 days. I had a warranty claim that required approval my the manufacturer and then ordered by the dealer. Holiday RV kept me informed of progress throughout the somewhat lengthy process and assisted me in a timely manners.
All of the staff were exceptional, from the time I walked through the doors. The entire process was seamless. Additionally the follow up support has been outstanding
