Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 4 hours after scheduled. The staff was very understanding and upgraded us to a larger SUV at no charge! The SUV was brand new, it only had 8 miles on it! The staff was ver friendly, I would recommend Enterprise to anyone. We will certainly be using them again in the future!
Car was great - staff not so much. Apparently they could use some additional training. Enterprise has really been slipping in the last few year. :(
Chrysler Town & Country was very clean and smelled good with almost 19000 miles. Staff was friendly and when I told them it was not completely full of gas they gave me a discount. I have use Enterprise for years and never had an issue.
Im only givung them one star cause they picked up the phone when i called but after that dont waste your time.
Staff was friendly, but it really didn't make up for the fact that the car was absolutely disgusting. Stains were rampant on the seats and carpet, while the putrid odor of spoiled milk wafted through the automobile. If you think that a filthy car paired with the stench of lumpy milk would be a great experience, then this would be the place to rent from.
The staff at the Sanford/Orlando Airport locations was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hats off to Chelsea R! She was fantastic!!!
